I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the location is fantastic, nestled within a beautiful big park that provides a calm and serene atmosphere. You can even enjoy breakfast outside amongst the greenery. Secondly, the staff were exceptional, always attentive and ready to assist with any request. Thirdly, the rooms were modern and comfortable with nice heating and even an extra-large bath, perfect for unwinding after a long day. And lastly, the breakfast was included in the rate and offered a variety of delicious options to start the day off right.
All was superb, nothing to complain about.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were great too accommodate us, holding our luggage for free and helping with unexpected shipments. The location was perfect, with easy access to trams that took us everywhere we wanted to go in the city. The hotel was clean and well-decorated, and the room was spacious and filled with natural light. the surrounding area was quiet, great for a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, as it was close to the city center and easily accessible with trams. We were able to explore the beautiful city without any difficulty. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, allowing us to have a good night's sleep after a long day of work. The breakfast served was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The front desk staff was not very helpful in providing recommendations for dinner, which was a bit disappointing.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The grounds were beautiful, with lovely gardens and plenty of places to relax. The staff were helpful and spoke fluent English. The room was clean and spacious, and I had a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet had a delicious variety of options, including lactose-free products. I highly recommend staying at Bildungszentrum 21 for a tranquil and enjoyable stay.

Excellent location near old city, with free tram tickets provided. Spacious room for family of 3, also provided a baby-bed. Strong free Wi-Fi, and secure parking available. Good buffet breakfast at reasonable price. exceeded expectations with friendly staff and pleasant garden area.
